The Granary

Tea Room

The Granary Tea Room cafe

November 2020

The Granary will be staying open during lockdown for takeaway food and drinks.

We have an ideal location to visit during lockdown with plenty of room to head off to enjoy the fresh air in the woodland surrounding the Tearoom

Southey woods with its paths are idea for children to cycle and walkers to keep their feet dry.

The Castor Hanglands site, ancient woodland is much nicer to ramble with everchanging colours, great for children with a warm coat and wellies.

Walk from one of the surrounding villages and end up at the Tea room where we will be ready to serve you with a warm drink, takeaway hot sandwich/bap or what about a piece of homemade cake or homemade scone.

Portions of homemade chips, toasted sandwiches, jacket potatoes or a more filling meal in a box.

We are taking telephone food orders for out homecooked meals, lasagne and our popular cottage pie.

Monday until Wednesday our opening hours will be 10am until 2pm

Thursday until Sunday 9.30 am until 3.30pm

Early week we will be serving baps ,sandwiches, toasties, cakes and hot warming drinks.
